The custom modelling frameworks, component libraries, and all technical content provided by Frost Digital remain the intellectual property of Frost Digital. This includes all software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the content for their internal business purposes only.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our technical platforms. Any unauthorized use of the Service may result in immediate termination of your access.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. Confidential information includes technical data, commercial strategies, and proprietary methodologies. This obligation persists even after the termination of our services or the expiration of any specific agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Frost Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our technical platforms or digital tools. We provide information to support development, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
